We are committed to providing the best possible hosting experience. Since we welcome travellers from all over the world and since customs and habits may differ from one country to another, we find it necessary to share our booking conditions at the very beginning of the process. These conditions have been written with the sole purpose of avoiding unpleasant surprises related to bookings that do not correspond to the identity and number of travellers who come to us.

Here are the booking conditions for anyone wishing to book with us:

You must be 18 years old or more. Proof of age could be requested.

You can not be accompanied by a minor, unless you book the whole B&B for your exclusive use.

You must submit the second guest's complete name before your arrival.

You must inform us, before the booking or when doing it, if a third guest will join your small group. Failing to do so at the time of the booking will result in being forbidden to access the B&B or having to pay a $200 + tax penalty fee in addition to our standard third guest nightly fee.

You must reply to the confirmation email and provide us with the requested information at least two days before arrival in order to help us well prepare for your visit.

Requested information: approximate time of arrival, dietary restriction or allergy, other allergies (feather, perfume, etc.).

You are responsible for your guest's behavior. Any damage will be billed to you, unless decided otherwise from our part.

Finally, you must read the following terms. If the booking is maintained, we will take for granted that you accept them all. 

The purpose of these terms is to guarantee an ideal experience to everyone, guests as well as B&B owners. We thank you for reading the terms ahead of time, and for following them during your stay.

Check-in goes from 4 pm to 9 pm. Unless otherwise agreed, no check-in will be permitted after 9 pm.

The latest time to checkout is 11 am.

Additional fees of $50 per 30 minutes could be charged if check-in and checkout deadlines are missed.

Our B&B is a non-smoking establishment, therefore smoking is not allowed inside the house and on balconies and terraces. Failing to respect our non-smoking rule could lead to a fine or expulsion.

Any damage to our house, furniture and belongings could be charged if caused by negligence or irregular use.

Since we offer all meals as well as snacks, we do not allow our guests to bring their own food or order food from outside.

Our kitchen is completely closed to our guests; cooking on premisses is not allowed.

For the well-being of all, our guests are asked not to make noise between 10 pm and 9 am.
