NORDIK SPA PACKAGE

Planning on getting pampered at spa Nordik? Why not book your stay with us and benefit from a gift certificate to redeem at the spa? 

You will appreciate being able to use your gift certificate on spa admission or on a variety of services such as treatments, massages and meals.

2-night stay: $25 gift certificate

3-night stay: $50 gift certificate

4-night stay and longer: $75 gift certificate

This package is available through direct bookings only, whether online or by phone.

This package applies to any room: Gatineau, Outaouais, Kingsmere and Meech. Bookings must be made for a minimum of two consecutive nights in the same room.

This package does not include the spa reservation. Clients must reserve their own visit to the spa as well as any treatments they wish to add. Proof of reservation at the Nordik may be required.

If the client cancels their visit to the spa, the gift certificate will not be issued.

The Nordik gift certificate is not redeemable for cash, refundable or transferable. The amount is the same for single or double occupancy.

Special Occasions gift certificates do not apply to this package.

Step 1. Check for availabilities at the B&B and Nordik Spa. 

Step 2. Book your spa experience with Nordik. Please reserve your spa experience and treatments directly with Nordik (by phone or via their website). This first step is crucial in securing your place at the spa during your stay at the B&B. You have up to 24 h before your booking date to cancel for free.

Step 3. Book your stay with us. When booking with us online, simply add the package in the second step of the process, and send us an email to inform us on the date you wish to visit the spa. If you wish to book with us by phone, we will take all the necessary information.

No matter how you proceed to book your stay with us with a Nordik Spa Package, you don't have to do anything else. On the day of your visit to the spa, we will hand you your gift certificate that will de redeemable at the Nordik spa.

ATTENTION If your visit to Spa Nordik takes place before 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival at the B&B, you must stop by the B&B to pick up your gift certificate before going to Nordik. Please inform us of this situation ahead of time so that we can plan a time to hand you your gift certificate.

Step 4. Check-in at Nordik. When you check-in at Nordik, present your gift certificate. This gift certificate can be used for any additional treatments you would like to add that day or as money on your electronic Nordik bracelet to pay for drinks/food. If you prefer to use the gift certificate to pay a portion of your entrance fee, the clerk will refund your credit card for the amount of the gift certificate. This process may take 5-10 days for the money to appear on your credit card statement.
