Located only 10 minutes from downtown Gatineau and 17 minutes from Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Auberge Tom B&B and its Chelsea Conference Centre is the ideal place for business travelers who are called to work in our region and need extra space to work or to meet with clients.

In addition to a comfortable room equipped with a work desk, high speed wifi internet access throughout the building and on the outdoor balconies and terraces, a gourmet breakfast included in the rate and the possibility to have all meals - including snacks - at the B&B, business travelers can count on our conference center (CCC) located on the garden level. The CCC includes a fully equipped meeting room with additional computer monitors, printer, whiteboards and flipcharts, a bathroom, a lounge with a dinette area and a large furnished outdoor terrace.

Business travelers who wish to add this package to their stay at the B&B must contact us prior to making their booking to ensure that the CCC is not already booked during those dates.

This package is only available when booking directly by phone. As we cannot guarantee that the CCC will be unoccupied during the dates of your stay, it is recommended that you check availability with us before booking*.

This package applies to any room: Outaouais Suite, Gatineau, Kingsmere and Meech. Simply add the cost of package to the room's nightly rate.

Half-day reservations: four-hour period, either from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Full day reservation: no access limit 

What is included in the package:

• exclusive access to the CCC
• use of whiteboard, televisions and additional computer monitors
• unlimited coffee/tea service

What can be added at extra cost:

• Conference pads and easels
• Printer and paper
• Refreshments, snacks and meals (other than the gourmet breakfast that is included in the overnight rate). Please note that we do not allow meals other than those we serve to be eaten on site.

* If, at the time of the stay, travelers wish to benefit from this package and the CCC is unoccupied, it will be possible to book it at the last minute.

IMPORTANT: This package is only available to business travelers who are traveling alone or as a couple and require additional workspace to suit their needs. These travelers can use the CCC to work alone or to meet with clients. This package is not available online as we must ensure that the CCC is unoccupied at the time of your stay.
